EH sedan upper rear shocky mounts in boot floor.

Hi all, has anyone come up with an idea for strengthening the rear shocky mounts in the boot floor?

The inner boot support plate spot welded to floor pan may have started to come loose.

The shock mount panel under the car seems like there is a chance that a crack could be developing?
