Rear bench seat foam EJ

Hi all,

Has anyone replaced seat foam in rear bench seat, I read somewhere most cost effective for projects is to buy high density foam from somewhere like Clark Rubber, and cut it to shape yourself. Was wondering what thickness if I buy some online, as the stuff I pull out pretty sure will be to stuffed to determine from that?

Buying some cut to size specifically for your car seems over priced.

Anyone already done this.
