HR Front End in EH Sedan

I purchased an EH Special Sedan already converted with a HR Disc Front end with HQ Spindles and 14' HK Wheels to clear calliper on larger rotor.

I just stripped front end to paint and refurbish rubbers, etc.

The Springs in the car are PEDDERS with a dimension of 10" free length.

The engine and drive train are removed from car.

A couple of questions:
1. What should the dimension be from ground to under front mudguard wheel arch on a standard EH sedan
2. What would you guys recommend for coil spring length and diameter (Make and Shocker combination) for this setup. I'm looking for standard look and comfortable ride/handling not a race car.
