The the lever with the pulley in you image mounts to a plate that bolts to the leg of the subframe. The intermediate cable outer slots into this bracket (below the subframe leg) & the lever shown attaches to the bracket that bolts to the top of the subframe leg.
If no one posts images, I'll get it in the air & take a shot.

Here are a couple of images that may help.
The first one shows the plate that holds the intermediate cable outer to the inner leg of the subframe.
The second shot is looking from under the sump toward the driver's side. On top of the inner leg is the bracket that the lever for the cable attaches to. This top bracket has a large captive nut that one of the bolts through the bottom bracket screws into.
The third one is a shot of the lever from the top looking in behind the driver’s side front wheel. It attaches to the mounting plate furtherest away in the image. You can see the intermediate cable attaches to the middle of this lever. The wheel for the top handbrake cable to raise is closest in the image.
I think what you are missing are the 2 brackets that mount to your subframe inner leg. (Above & underneath).
Did you dismantle the car or buy it unassembled?
It is quite difficult to get a decent shot, but these may help.
Perhaps someone can post shots of these brackets off a car??
