Best workshop manual?

by Devon » Thu Mar 13, 2014 10:37 pm

I see there a few different manuals out there in at a range of prices.

Anyone which preferred over the others and how much should I be looking to pay?

I like this one the best out of them all. Cost ? I think it has probably gone up since dad bought me this one in 1986 ? I do supplement this one with a coloured wiring diagram that I acquired from the now defunct qld forum. The one in here is b&w. Will post said diagram in the elecrical section for reference

Can't find that one BrennoEH on ebay :(

Found a couple of the black workshop manual, one currently at $75 so I might watch eBay to see what they normally go for.

The Scientific manual is good for general stuff. The Holden manual is the best as it gives you handy hints as well as following the steps.
