well, I don't know what to say. I do hope that the rust in the rest of the car is minimal because if you follow this technique everywhere, it will take a while to complete. HOWEVER, I want to see your work either way.
i wouldn't say that this is the only way i would ever fix a rust problem... every car is different, and you want something different from every car. in this case, i did it to see if i could more than anything. I like a challenge.
Ray what is your chosen trade ... you are trully tallented as many have shown with there projects ... sadly my talents end at painting and panel beating and most definatly full fabrication as you have shown.
Thanks rob... I have been working as a sheetie/ vehicle body builder for about 9 years now.. I'm exposed to lots of things vehicle related. Fabrication is one of them... at work I have access to a wide range of machinery including waterjet, laser, press brakes and other cnc machines... I get I nice variety of work on a week to week basis
