Aircon unit permanently fitted inside car now.

Lower tailgate fibreglass unit fitted, plastic spare wheel door fitted. Metal battery box fitted and most of the aircon hoses made and fitted.

Finished the battery box, well almost as I need to put a plumber vent in the lid to outside the car. Also some pics of the airconditioning

Tailgate fit ok could be better but not too bad for a fibreglass unit.

If you use a maintenance free battery you wont need to vent it to the outside,, My van does not have a vent to the outside and is under rear floor behind driver seat

Progress cleaning up loose eNds, securing of diff U bolts with double nuts, routing of negative battery lead from remote box through cabin to earth stud on firewall In engine bay. Routing of washer bottle wiring, finishing front bumper bar fitment, sealing up gaurds on inside. Fitting o2 sensors and connecting in loom, finishing of last aircon pipes. Readjusting shifter linkage. Windows and seals in,
Lots of little bits and pieces.
